Health Insurance

Direct Deposit Payroll

QIS team members have the option to receive their paycheck via direct deposit to their bank account or a written mailed check each pay period.

Voluntary Benefits

QIS eligible team members can fund for themselves and their dependents Dental, Vision, Long Term Disability, Short Term Disability, Term Life, Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital Indemnity Insurance, through payroll deduction.

401(k) Plan

QIS offers eligible team members a 401K (pre-tax) and Roth IRA (after-tax) employer-sponsored retirement plans with QIS matching a percentage. The plan is administered through Principal Financial Services.

Operator Qualification

QIS has a full-time Operator Qualification and Safety Coordinator that monitors our personnel to ensure they are qualified by the operator's preferred OQ company (NCCER, VERIFORCE, MEA, OQSG, E-WebOQ, etc.) of our client. Our coordinator is a certified trainer and test administrator for NCCER; as well as, we have several VERIFORCE evaluators throughout the United States that conduct evaluations for our team members. We have several hundred personnel listed in ISNetworld & VERIFORCE websites that have been trained, tested, and/or evaluated through our Operator Qualification program.

Alcohol and Drug Abuse Program

QIS is a member of the Pipeline Testing Consortium for our drug and alcohol abuse program. We have been in the consortium since September of 1996. Pipeline Testing Consortium, located in Hutchinson, KS provides our pre-employment, random, test for cause, and any other required drug and alcohol testing that are required by DOT and/or our clients. A complete Drug and Alcohol plan is available upon request from our office, or Pipeline Testing Consortium may be contacted to verify our participation in the consortium.
